Lorice Haig, President & C.E.O.

With over 40 years of experience in Business Management Consulting and Entrepreneurship, Mr. Haig is the founder of Xenex Enterprises Inc. (XENEX).

He strategically evolved the company into a Business Process Management practice that continually uses state-of-the-art technology to innovate business. 

His impressive list of accomplishments includes increasing revenue of a high profile fast-food chain by 700 % in just 2 years which earned him  the reputation of a business life saver,

He served as the Chair of the Etobicoke Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Chair of the Etobicoke Local Chamber Board of Advisors (a division of the Toronto Board of Trade). 

He was a member of the Toronto Board of Trade ICT Advisory Committee and the Top of Toronto SME Advocacy Committee for three years.

Mr. Haig was instrumental in pioneering e-Bonding in Canada.

Mary-Jane Jarvis, Executive Vice President

With over 35 years of experience in Information Management and Business Intelligence, Ms. Jarvis is the co-founder and Executive Vice-President of Xenex Enterprises Inc. (XENEX).

Ms. Jarvis started her career in information technology positions in the insurance industry. She served in senior management capacities such as Director of Business Intelligence for the Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) the oldest Canadian retailer.  

Ms. Jarvis has a proven track record in successful Big Data Governance, Analytics and Business Intelligence application deployments and related technology implementations.
